Lubricating Your Mountain Bike
A mountain bike may be a lot of fun, but it does need some
upkeep.
Always lubricate your bicycle around 15 hours before riding, as soon as
possible. Jobs done shortly before
takeoff typically don't lubricate everything. Some lube jobs can endure for
additional rides, but if noises or shifting become difficult, it's time to
lubricate.

bike:
